French dessert made of puff pastry layered with pastry cream. The top pastry layer is glazed in alternating white (icing sugar) and brown (dark chocolate) and combed to create a marbled effect. Crafted with roasted almonds.

Black Forest Cake
Black Forest cake consists of several layers of chocolate sponge cake sandwiched with whipped cream and cherries. It is decorated with additional whipped cream, cherries, and chocolate shavings. Optional aromatic spirit.
